Terms of Service

1. Service
llmrelay ("the Service") is an OpenAI-compatible HTTP API that relays inference requests to third-party language model providers. You pay a prepaid credit balance to use the Service.
2. Account
You must provide a valid email address and keep your API key secret. You are responsible for all usage under your account. Do not share API keys.
3. Credit balance
Credit is prepaid and non-expiring. You may top up in any amount we offer. Credit does not constitute funds on deposit and pays only for Service usage at published rates. Rates may change with 30 days notice.
4. Acceptable use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with our Acceptable Use Policy. Violations may result in account suspension without refund.
5. Upstream provider terms
Your use of models routed through llmrelay is additionally governed by each upstream provider's usage policies (Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, etc). Content generated by any upstream model is subject to that provider's content policy.

7. Warranty & liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount of your unused credit balance. We are not liable for content generated by upstream models or for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
8. Termination
You may close your account at any time and request a refund of unused credit within 14 days of your last top-up. We may suspend or terminate accounts for AUP violations, abuse, or non-payment attempts.
9. Changes
We may update these terms with 30 days notice by email or dashboard notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
