Data we collect
Account: email, hashed password (if you set one), payment method identifier (via payment processor — we never see full card numbers).
Usage metadata: model requested, token counts, latency, HTTP status, timestamp, source IP for abuse prevention.
We do not persist request or response bodies (prompts, completions) unless you explicitly enable request logging for debugging. When enabled, logs are retained for 7 days then purged.
How we use it
- Bill your credit balance accurately.
- Serve inference requests via upstream providers.
- Detect abuse and enforce rate limits.
- Send transactional email (top-up receipts, security alerts).
Third-party providers
- Payment processing: Paddle
- Upstream inference: Anthropic, OpenAI, Google, Meta, DeepSeek and other model providers as listed on the pricing page. Your prompts are sent to the selected upstream provider to serve your request. Upstream providers handle prompts per their own privacy policies.
- Transactional email: Resend
- Hosting & DNS: Cloudflare
Data retention
Account and billing records: while account is active and up to 7 years after closure for tax/legal compliance.
Usage metadata: 90 days.
Optional debug logs: 7 days.
Your rights
You may request a copy or deletion of your data by emailing support@llmrelay.dev. Deletion may be delayed to comply with legal retention requirements.
Security
API keys are hashed at rest. All traffic uses HTTPS. Payment information is handled by our payment processor and never touches our servers.
Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be announced by email at least 30 days before taking effect.
