Within 14 days of any top-up, you can request a refund of your unused credit balance. No questions asked.
How it works
- Email support@llmrelay.dev from the address on your account.
- Include your account email and the top-up you want refunded.
- We'll refund the unused portion of your balance to your original payment method within 5 business days.
What's refundable
- Unused credit from top-ups made within the last 14 days.
- Credit consumed by billing errors on our side (we'll match this outside the 14-day window too).
What's not refundable
- Credit consumed by actual inference requests you made.
- Top-ups older than 14 days (unused credit stays in your account without expiration and can be used any time).
- Free promotional credit (e.g. the $0.20 signup bonus).
Chargebacks
Please contact us first — we resolve refunds faster than card disputes. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account suspension.
